In order for each repairer to be able to perform a large variety of repairs, the team is made up of experienced and skilled staff.

01 Accessory Check

Check whether there are any accessories on the items we receive and enter the information into our records.

*E.g. for shoulder bags and key holders, we check the customers’ personal belongings  and keep records.

02 Plan the Repair Method

Consider the repair method and determine the best repair plan to meet the customer’s requirements.

*Confirm the parts that need repairing and inform the customer if there are any other parts that need to be replaced.

03 Unstitch the threads

Unstitch the fewest number of threads possible to minimize the burden on the bag.

修理の流れ 04 部品の交換・縫製

04 Replacement and Sewing

Replace the necessary parts and resew while comparing with the photo that was taken before unstitching it.

修理の流れ 05 仕上げ

05 Finishing

After it is completed, the item is airbrushed and packed.

06 Inspection

Conduct an inspection and clean up any lint or so on with an airbrush.

*Make sure all the accessories are returned at this stage

Requesting Repairs

Repairs to be brought to the store

ARTPHERE

1 Coming to the store

Please bring your item to the store. We will take a look at the part that seems to be malfunctioning and the condition of the broken parts, and discuss how we can repair it with you. Then we will keep it and provide you with an estimate later.

2 Start repairing

If you agree to the contents and price, we will start the repair.

When the repair is completed, we will contact you.

3 Pick up the item at the store

Please come to the store to pick up the repaired item.

Please check the repaired part and make the payment.

4.For Atelier nuu Visitor Pass Holders

Free repair maintenance service (can be used once per purchased item)

Please inform us of your membership number when you make a repair request.

Repairs to be sent by delivery

1 Posting the item

Please contact us by phone or email first, and send the item to us after our confirmation. Please note that you will be responsible for the packing and shipping costs related to delivery.

2 Start repairing

Upon arrival, we will examine the parts that seem to be malfunctioning or the condition of the broken parts, and contact you with our estimate. If you do not agree with the contents, price, or repair period, we will bear the cost of returning the item to you.

3 Notification of repair completion

After the repair is completed, we will contact you and inform you of the shipping details (repair cost, payment method, delivery date and time).

4 Make the payment

Payment can be made by cash on delivery or bank transfer.

In the case of cash on delivery

The customer will be responsible for the cash on delivery fee of ¥324 (tax included).

In the case of bank transfer

We will ship the item after confirming your payment. The bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
